Chief Executive Officer & President
Doug is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 28 years driving the growth and business development of medical device and distribution segments. Asa leader of multiple businesses and functions, he recently led a diagnostics business unit to be one of the largest diagnostics distribution businesses in the country. Doug’s expertise also extends to Corporate Development, M&A and strategy. He also previously served as the Chairman of the Health Industry Distributor’s Association (HIDA).
Chief Financial Officer
Paul’s vast experience in the healthcare industry, finance, and global operations provides value to our organization and customers. Paul previously served as CFO for the medical products business at Owens & Minor Global Products (Halyard), as well as working in multiple leadership positions in finance at Medtronic/Covidien. Earlier in his career, Paul was also part of the team at both Black & Decker and Ernst & Young. Through his various roles in both Latin America and China, his perspective is invaluable, as is his fluency in Mandarin.
Chief Commercial Officer
Bill provides our team with more than 30 years of experience in the medical device, GPO, and distribution services. Bill’s deep knowledge of the real-world challenges of health systems infuses our approach at ASP. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at South Shore Hospital and Health System in Massachusetts.
Director of Human Resources
Kathy’s brings 25 years + of HR leadership experience in making positive organizational culture changes, developing motivated teams, and enhancing professionalism. Kathy is an SHRM Certified Professional, as well holds key Professional Human Resources certifications.
Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain
Dale’s has over 20 years of supply chain leadership experience. He lends his expertise to augment the leadership and resources within our customers’ supply chain organization to ensure we are building upon their distribution strengths and relationships while implementing direct sourcing models.
