Chief Executive Officer & President
Doug Shaver is a veteran healthcare executive with over 28 years in the medical device and distribution segments. He has led multiple businesses and functional areas with a focus on growth and business development. Most recently he created and led a new diagnostics business unit which has grown into one of the largest diagnostic distribution businesses in the U.S. Prior to that he led Corporate Development with a heavy focus on M&A & strategy. He previously served as the Chairman of Health Industry Distributor’s Association (HIDA).
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Mauerman serves as the Chief Financial Officer for ASP Global. Paul has brought his vast experience in the healthcare industry, in finance, and global operations to the ASP team, including experience in China and Latin America. Paul had previously served as CFO for the medical products business at Owens & Minor Global Products (Halyard), as well as working in multiple leadership positions in finance at Medtronic/Covidien. Earlier in his career, Paul was also part of the team at both Black & Decker and Ernst & Young. Through his various roles, he has spent over 11 years in China and speaks fluent Mandarin.
Chief Commercial Officer
Bill Fallon joined ASP Global in June 2017, bringing more than 30 years of experience within the medical device, GPO and distribution field. Bill serves on the Board of Trustees for South Shore Hospital and Health System in Massachusetts.
Vice President of Finance
Jeffrey Bell serves as the Vice President of Finance for ASP Global. Jeff’s extensive experience as a financial leader supports ASP Global’s focus on maximizing value for their healthcare customers. Jeff’s past experience includes financial leadership roles in freight forwarding, logistics, wholesale distribution and B2C businesses.
Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain
Dale serves as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain for ASP Global. He has been a leading executive in the supply chain industry for almost 20 years. His expertise helps extend and augment the leadership and resources within our customers’ supply chain organizations.
Director of Value Analysis
Bethany brings her extensive expertise in value analysis to ASP Global customers. Bethany’s leadership in roles for both health systems and distributors have given her unique insight into the challenges and opportunities in value analysis today.
Director of Human Resources
Kathy is a successful Human Resources Executive with 25+ years of making positive organizational culture changes, developing motivated staff, enhancing professionalism, and leading HR operations to increased organizational effectiveness. She holds both the SHRM Certified Professional and Professional Human Resources certifications.
